To order texts via the most secure method, please fill out the form and then, using the "print" function of your browser, print the form and either fax it to USA 508-564-6600 or Mail it to: AUSS, Post Box 768, Cataumet, MA USA 02534. Clicking the "Submit" button will send your order via email.

Shipping and handling Domestic Priority, insured add $10.00 USD per book. Shipping overseas via Air Parcel Post, insured add $33.00 USD per book. Massachusetts orders should add 5% sales tax on the total order before shipping costs.
